We would like to express our gratitude to all our members who love and cherish Dekaron, and we would like to provide detailed

information regarding the integration policy.

Please refer to the details below.

Helion Server Group Schedule and Policy

1. Integration Date

August 22, 2024, during the regular maintenance period.

-PT: August 21, 2024(Wednesday) 18:00

-UTC: August 22, 2024(Thursday) 01:00

-CEST: August 22, 2024(Thursday) 03:00

2. Server Group Integration

Characters in the Helion server group will be automatically integrated into the Trieste server.

3. Character Name Duplication Handling

1) If there are no duplicate character names, you can log into the game without changing your character name.

2) If character names are duplicated, the initial of the server group (H) will be added in front of the Helion character names,and you can change the character name from the character selection screen before logging into the game.

   ※ Character names on the Trieste server will not be changed; only Helion character names will be changed.

     (EX. Karon (Trieste server) / Karon (Helion server) -> Karon (Trieste server) / Karon (Helion server))

   ※ Since no exclusive character name reservation rights are granted, you cannot change to a character name that already exists. 

3) You can view up to 14 characters on the character selection screen. If you have more than 15 characters, delete a character from the list and

    re-log into the game to see the hidden characters.

   ※ The list displayed on the character selection screen will be in the order of the most recent login.

4. Guild/Alliance Messenger Handling

1) Guilds created in the Helion server group that do not have duplicate names in the Trieste server group will be integrated without any changes to their guild information.

   ※ Alliance information created in the Helion server group will be integrated without changes.

   ※ Alliance/guild information created in the Trieste server group will not be changed.

2) If a guild name created in the Helion server group is duplicated with a guild name in the Trieste server group, the guild name in the Helion server group will be changed randomly, and a [Guild Name Change] item will be sent to the guild master's mailbox.

   ※ The mailbox storage period is 1 year (365 days).

3) The transferred guild information will be based on the information before the regular maintenance on the day of server integration.

4) The friend/blacklist stored in the messenger window of the Helion server group characters will remain unchanged.

   ※ If a friend's character name is changed due to a duplicate character name, it will not be updated in your friend list.

5)  All mail in the mailbox of the Helion server group characters will be deleted.

   ※ All items in the character mailbox will be deleted during the server integration and cannot be recovered.

   ※ Please retrieve all items stored in the mailbox before the integration.

6)  The cash inventory will remain unchanged.

 5. Shared Storage Usage and Agency Policy

1) The Trieste server group's Shared Storage will remain unchanged even after the server group integration.

2)  If a Shared Storage is only created in the Helion server group, it will be automatically applied to the integrated Helion server group.

   (Ex: If Trieste (no Shared Storage) / Helion (Shared Storage) are integrated, the Shared Storage will be applied to Trieste)

3) If the integrated server group already has a Shared Storage, the "Helion" Shared Storage (including items) will be deleted.

   (Ex: If both Trieste and Helion have a Shared Storage, the Helion Shared Storage information will be deleted)

    ※ Items in the deleted Shared Storage cannot be recovered.

    ※ Before the server group integration, please move items in the Shared Storage to the character inventory/pet inventory/personal Storage, etc.

4) Items registered in the agency will be transferred to the Trieste server as registered.

6. Integrated Server Group Siege Warfare Guide

1) No additional reclamation battle will be conducted due to server group integration.

  ※Following the server integration, the siege records for the Helion server will be erased.
