1. Some unused packages may be refunded within 7 days.
2. The payment amount will not be refunded if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs.
① If part or all of the package is lost due to the carelessness of the member.
② All purchases except for the game package are excluded unless provided for in the terms of the game service or in law.
3. Refunds may be restricted if the use of game services is restricted or the contract is terminated due to reasons attributable to members, such as violations of current laws and major terms and conditions. |

① You can request a refund for certain items stored in your cash inventory and not in use within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, submit an inquiry through the 1:1 support system.
2. The payment amount will not be refunded if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs.

① Any action that involves abusing or exploiting the payment, cancellation, or refund systems provided by the Company, platform, payment processor, or similar service.
② Using a third party to refunds instead of the Company's official Customer Support.
※ Accounts that have exploited payment methods may be subject to restrictions, and the items may also be reclaimed. |
