Greetings,

This is the Dekaron Operations Team.

We are pleased to provide details on the schedule and application process for the First 2024 Guild Championship.

Please refer to the information below for further details.


■ Application Period for the First 2024 Guild Championship

-Application Period: From Thursday, October 17, 2024, after maintenance, to Thursday, October 24, 2024, after maintenance.

-Announcement of Selected Guilds and Match Brackets: Friday, October 25, 2024.


■ Guild Championship Format

1.A maximum of 16 guilds will be selected based on the application conditions and selection criteria, and the matches will proceed accordingly.

※Please note that the match schedule may be adjusted depending on the number of participating guilds.

※A maximum of 16 guilds may participate,

※matches will be held on the DK server.

※Force items will not be allowed during the matches.


■ How to Apply and Eligibility for the Guild Championship

1. Guild leaders can apply via the in-game guild information window (shortcut key G) by clicking the [ Best guild war] button.

2. Participating guild members can change their participation until Thursday, October 24, 2024, after maintenance, through the [Apply for Best Guild War] button.

3. A participant can only apply with one character from one server group. Multiple applications across different server groups are not allowed.

※ Even if the accounts are different, if they share the same account holder (IP), only the account that was applied first will be accepted. (Alternatively, if the accounts have the same birthdate/name, they may be considered the same person, and the application could be restricted.)

※ If duplicate applications are detected, only the first application submitted will be accepted.

※ Any unauthorized changes to character information (such as character name changes ) after the application period but before the guild selection and bracket announcement will not be allowed.

If such changes are found, the character will be excluded from selection.

4. If there are any changes to the information of characters selected for the Guild Championship (such as character name changes or transfers), they can be made until Thursday, October 31st [23:59]. The guild leader must submit the reason for the change and the details of the affected members via a direct inquiry (QNA). 

※ Guilds or characters that fail to qualify after application cannot reapply through another guild.

5. Guilds using the same or similar names due to alliances or coalitions cannot be selected more than once.

6. Even if a selected character leaves the guild before the start of the match, they can still participate if they rejoin the guild.

However, they must be a member of the guild on the day of the match to enter the arena.


■ Guild War Participation Requirements

1.Only the guild leader can submit an application for the Guild War.

2. Participants from the same guild must consist of seven different classes.

3. A participant cannot be a member of more than one guild.

4. Only characters with a level of 210 or higher are eligible to participate.

5. No changes to character information (such as character name changes) are allowed after Thursday, October 31st, 23:59.

6. The guild leader is not required to participate in the match directly.


■ Guild Selection Criteria

1. The guild must have a level of 9 or higher.

2. Each participating guild member's character must be level 210 or higher.

※ Guilds with a level lower than 9 will be excluded from selection.

※ Even if the guild level is 9 or higher, guilds with any participating members below level 210 will also be excluded.

※ If multiple guilds with the same or similar names are selected, only the guild with the highest score will be chosen.


■ Selection Criteria for Participating Guilds

1. First Criterion: The total level of all guild members who applied.

2. Second Criterion: If the first criterion is tied, the guild's overall level will be considered.

3. Third Criterion: If the second criterion is tied, the guild's points will be considered.

4. Fourth Criterion: If the third criterion is tied, the total level of all participants will be considered.

5. Fifth Criterion: If the fourth criterion is tied, the guild leader's character level will be considered. 

※ If multiple guilds with the same or similar names are selected, only the guild with the highest score will be chosen.


■ Guild War Round Format

1. All buffs and skills used prior to entering the arena (excluding system buffs like Great Demon/Great Fairy shown in the bottom-right corner) will be reset upon entry, except for guild skills. Additionally, skill and item cooldowns will be reset, and shield/HP/MP will be fully restored upon entry.

 ※ Any stat increases from guild skills (HP/MP/Shield) will not be automatically restored by the Guild War system.

2. After a 3-hour waiting period for entry, there will be a 5-minute break before the battle begins.

3. Each round will last a maximum of 10 minutes, with a 5-minute break between rounds. 

※ During the break, participants cannot leave the arena. If they reconnect during an ongoing match, they will be considered dead and can rejoin from the next round.

4. All matches will be conducted in up to 3 rounds, and the team that scores 4 points first will win.

* Points per round

- Win: 2 points / Draw : 1 point / Loss 0 point

* If the total score is 3:3 after all rounds, a rematch will be held in accordance with Guild War Rule 16. 

 ※ Match start times may change depending on the progress of the previous matches.


■ Guild War Rules

Article 1: If a player enters the match late or after being disconnected, they will enter in spectator mode. They can only rejoin and participate starting from the next round.


Article 2: If a player disconnects or leaves the arena during the match, they will be considered dead and can only participate starting from the next round.

※ Using a return item to move to a designated location will also be considered as character death.

※ Account management is the user's responsibility, and no assistance will be provided for issues arising from account sharing.


Article 3: Skill cooldowns between rounds are not reset, so participants must use their skills wisely.


Article 4: Resurrecting characters using the Segnale Recover or Revive skill is allowed.

※ Resurrecting with Segnale, Segreaper Reincarnation, Recover Routine, or Bead of Life is not allowed.


Article 5: Force items cannot be used during the match. 

※ Even if force items are registered in the character's equipment slots, they will not be usable.

Article 6: Match results (win/loss) are determined by the Guild War system.

※ If the match is interrupted due to a system or service issue, the result will be decided according to Article 14 of the Guild War Rules. If a winner cannot be determined, the round will be replayed.


Article 7: If neither guild participates during the match, the system will automatically assign a loss.

※ If more than half of the team does not participate, the match will result in a forfeit loss.

※ If a selected guild does not participate in the match, no rewards will be given.

※ Only rewards corresponding to the final rank will be given.

※ Forfeits and disqualifications will result in exclusion from all rewards.

Article 8: Insulting, demeaning, or disparaging actions towards the opposing guild (through chat, character names, pet names, etc.) will result in a warning. A second violation will lead to a forfeit loss of all rounds.

Article 9: If abnormal match behavior is detected, the operator may rule the entire match as a forfeit loss.

Article 10: Use of illegal programs or exploitation of game bugs during the match will result in a forfeit loss and penalties according to the game’s policies.

Article 11: Inappropriate behavior (e.g., taunting, insults, vulgar language) towards participants or in chat will result in penalties according to the game’s policies.

※ These rules apply to all members, not just participants.

Article 12: Failure to comply with warnings from the operator during the event will result in disqualification.

Article 13: Round Win/Loss Determination:

*First Criterion: The guild that wipes out the opposing team wins

Article 14: If no winner is determined within the 10-minute round limit:

*First Criterion: The guild with the higher kill count wins.

*Second Criterion: The guild that secures the First Kill wins.

*Third Criterion: If neither criterion is met, the round is declared a draw, and both teams receive 1 point.

Article 15: If the total score is 3:3 after all rounds:

*First Criterion: The guild with the higher total kills across all rounds wins.

*Second Criterion: If still tied, the guild with the most First Kills across all rounds wins.

*Third Criterion: If still tied, the guild that secured the First Kill in the earliest round wins.

※ If none of these criteria are met, a rematch will be held.


Article 16: Rematch Win/Loss Determination:

*Rematches are conducted in 3 rounds.

*The guild that secures the First Kill in any round wins the rematch, and the match ends immediately. 

※ If Guild A secures the First Kill in the 1st round of a rematch, Guild A wins, and the match ends.

※ If no kills occur in the 1st round of the rematch, the 2nd round will proceed. If Guild A secures the First Kill in the 2nd round, Guild A wins, and the match ends.

※ If a match is scheduled after a rematch, the next round will begin after the rematch ends.


Article 17: Additional Match Notes:

*The Guild Championship will be held in the DK region, and DK region effects will apply.

*Participants are advised to block party invites, friend requests, etc., in advance to prevent interference during the match.
