We would like to inform you in advance about the upcoming updates to the Game Service Terms of Use, as outlined below.

The addition of Article 8: Virtual Items and Licensing Terms will be made, and all subsequent articles will be renumbered sequentially.

Virtual Items and Licensing Terms While playing the Game, members may acquire access to various virtual items, such as digital currency, properties, characters, skins, weapons, enhancements, and other features (collectively referred to as “Virtual Items”). These Virtual Items are elements of gameplay that exist solely within the Game's virtual world. They do not hold any real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or converted into cash or other real-world assets. You acknowledge and agree that any Virtual Items or game-related content provided through your account are licensed to you and are not your personal property. Regardless of any effort, time, or money spent to access these Virtual Items or content, no ownership rights are conferred to you. The license granted is non-transferable, conditional, and may be revoked at the Company's discretion. By acquiring Virtual Items or accessing game content, you agree that you are granted only a license for use within the Game’s ecosystem. This license does not grant you ownership or any proprietary rights over the Virtual Items or content.

- If you do not express your intention to agree or disagree by the effective date of the revised terms on December 31, 2024, it will be assumed that you agree to the revised terms.

- If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to withdraw from the game service.

- For any inquiries or objections regarding the revised terms, please submit them via 1:1 inquiry.
