• Can't I cancel a gift I sent?

    If a gift is sent after payment has been completed through gifting, collection/refund/cancellation processing is not possible.

    Also, even if it is sent to a different character, it is difficult to collect/cancel/refund it, so please check the correct character name and whether it is a gift.

  • Cash is not charged after payment is completed. Why is this happening?

    You can check your recharge and usage history by logging in to the Dekaron homepage > clicking the ‘hamburger button’ in the upper right > Account Settings > Cash Information.

    If you have recharged cash, but the recharge amount is not correct, you can log out of the website and game and log back in to check the recharge.

    There may be a delay of 30 minutes to 1 hour in some cases, and if charging does not occur even after that, please contact us 1:1 even if it is inconvenient.

  • Due to double access to the same account... a message is displayed and connection is not possible.

    If an abnormal termination occurs while using Dekaron, this message is displayed to ensure safe information storage when attempting to reconnect while saving character information.

    Even if it is inconvenient, please close all currently running Dekaron clients and try to reconnect after about 10 minutes.

    If the same symptom occurs even after following the instructions above, please contact us again and we will check and provide assistance.

  • How can I go about party matching?

    After creating a party, if you press the “P” shortcut key in the game, the party information window will appear. If you click Recruit party members in the party information window, you will see a message window for recruiting party members.

    If you set the desired conditions in the party member recruitment window and click OK, you can automatically recruit party members that meet the conditions.

    If you want to join another party through party matching, go to [Find Party] in the party window, select conditions, and search to find the desired party in the party list and join.

  • How do I create a party?

    The party window is activated by clicking the party icon in the shortcut window at the bottom right of the game screen or by pressing the party shortcut [P] on the keyboard.
    Click the "Party Formation" button at the bottom of the party window, enter the party slogan in the activated window, and then click OK to create a party of which you are the party leader.
    At this time, click on the character you want to have a party with, then click the triangle on the right side of the target window of the target character and select the party menu. A party request will be sent to that character.
    ※ If you attempt to join a party with another character without forming a party, a party will automatically be created with the name of the party leader's character. Please note that party invitations will not be made if party invitations are rejected.

  • How do I trade items?

    For personal trading, select the character you wish to trade with, then click the triangle-shaped button to the right of the target character name and select the “Trade” menu.

    If all transaction items have been registered in the transaction window, you can make a final confirmation that the items to be traded are correct and proceed with the transaction using the “Confirm” button.

    ※ If you or your trading partner changes a registered item, a warning delay bar will appear at the bottom of the transaction window and you will not be able to click the approval button for 3 seconds.
    If you are unable to click the transaction approval button, please check whether your item or the other person's item has been changed.
    ※ Once mutual transaction approval has been completed and the transaction has proceeded, the game operation team cannot cancel or restore the item transaction.

  • How do I update my graphics card driver?

    You can check the graphics card model you are currently using by clicking Device Manager > Display Adapters.

    ※ [Device Manager] can be easily found through Control Panel search.

    Go to the website of the graphics card manufacturer you are using through a web browser, download the latest version of the driver appropriate for the graphics card installed on your PC, and then download it.
    Install the driver.

    ※ The Dekaron website data room provides links to driver download pages for some graphics card manufacturers, and you can also download graphics card drivers through these.

    ※ An error may occur if you install the graphics card driver when running the game, so please install the Dekaron exit driver.

    Once the graphics card driver installation is complete, reboot your PC and the latest version of the driver will be applied.

  • How long is the mailbox kept?

    Your mailbox will be held for 15 days. After 15 days from the date you received the mail, it will automatically expire along with the attached items.

  • I accidentally gave the item to someone else during the exchange. Please restore it.

    This is because if you drop an item on the floor or try to move it through someone else, it is difficult for us to determine whether this was to actually move the item or if there was some other intention.


    Additionally, items dropped on the floor or moved directly to someone else cannot be recovered or collected.


    This is because the action was taken voluntarily because the person himself pressed the confirmation button when dropping the item or handing it over to someone else.


    There is a risk that anyone can pick up an item dropped on the floor, and since it is your choice to hand over an item yourself, you are primarily responsible for any problems arising from this.


    We would like to take action, if possible, for the damage suffered due to an unexpected accident or mistake, but please understand that it is difficult to take action in cases like this.


    We ask you to be more careful when moving items from now on.

  • I can no longer make purchases.

    If your purchase is blocked, you can resolve the issue through Paymentwall. In this case, please contact Paymentwall Customer Center.

    However, Payment Wall may request necessary information to prevent fraudulent transactions. Paymentwall is also responsible for fraud prevention as a payment processor and is regulated by the U.S. government and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen).

  • I found a bug during the game. Where do I report it?

    If you submit a report through Dekaron website > Customer Center > 1:1 inquiry, we will endeavor to promptly confirm and resolve the issue.

    When submitting a report, please refer to the information below and make inquiries.
    - Bug details
    - Date and time of bug occurrence
    - Area where bug occurred / monster / coordinates, etc.
    - Character name/class/skill name where the problem occurred

    If you have detailed information, quick confirmation can help expedite processing.

  • I purchased an automatic potion, but it doesn't apply!

    Only potion items with [Super] in the item name prefix are applied to potion items that are automatically used for the set value.

    In the game option settings (shortcut Esc) > Other tab, check [Apply automatically] and set the value for which the potion will be used using the slide bar.

    Once the setup is complete, register the purchased potion item in the desired location among the consumable item shortcut slots (F1~F10) and the registered potion will be used when HP/MP falls below the set value.

    ※ When registering potions of the same type, the potion registered with a lower number ([Low] F1 <<<< F10 [High]) will be used first.
    Ex) If HP potions are registered in both F1 and F5, the potion registered in F1 will be used first.

    ※ When using the battle assistant, the battle assistant settings take priority.

  • Is Dekaron available for PK?

    Dekaron allows free PK in all regions except for some regions.


    However, since we aim for indiscriminate PK, we provide penalties for PK and PVP content.

  • Payment is not being processed online. Is there anything I need to check first about this?

    If payment does not proceed, please check the following first.
    1. The homepage must be “Allow pop-ups”.
    2. Optimize the OS through Windows update.
    3. Run [Delete Cookies/Files] in Internet Options.
    4. Internet Options - General - Temporary Internet Files - Settings - Set to Automatic.
    5. Check that payment information (card number, etc.) is accurate.
